什麼是產品級別?

為了讓客戶了解產品的新舊情況, 我們為產品提供了四個級別, 以便你在選購或租借時, 作出合適的選擇。有關之四個級別定義如下

What is product Class level?

In order to let customers know the condition of the product, we provide four levels for the product so that you can make the appropriate choice when purchasing or renting. The four relevant levels are defined as follows:

 

級別 S 全新未拆

商品狀態：全新現貨，期待首航
此產品為全新未拆封的原始包裝狀態。如果您希望孩子成為第一個開啟這份創意與驚喜的探索者，這是您的完美之選。適合想試用之後才購買產品的你。

Class S Brand New

Product status: Brand new in stock, looking forward to first flight.
This product is in brand new, unopened, original packaging condition. If you want your child to be the first to explore this world of creativity and surprise, this is the perfect choice for you. Suitable for you who want to try the product before buying it.

 

級別 A 極新 / 近全新

商品狀態：極致呵護，完美如初
產品僅經過極少次數的展示或短暫租借，外觀幾近完美，無任何明顯使用痕跡, 適合對產品有質量要求的你。所有配件齊全，功能 100% 正常，並已通過我們嚴格的專業清潔與全面消毒，體驗與全新產品無異。

Class A Like New

Product status: Extreme care, perfect as ever.
The product has only been displayed a few times or rented briefly, and its appearance is almost perfect without any obvious signs of use. It is suitable for you who have high quality requirements for your product. All accessories are complete, 100% functional, and have passed our strict professional cleaning and comprehensive disinfection, so the experience is the same as a brand new product.

 

級別 B 優良 / 良好

商品狀態：經典熱門，狀態極佳
此為我們玩具庫最受歡迎的款式之一, 使用過大約4-5次左右。產品有輕微、正常的日常使用痕跡（如極細微的刮痕或正常磨損），但整體結構穩固、核心功能完全正常。產品出庫前均經過深層去污與醫學級消毒，兼具高性價比與遊玩價值。

Class B Excellent / Very Good

Product status: Classic hit, in excellent condition.
This is one of the most popular models in our toy library and has been used about 4-5 times. The product shows minor, normal signs of daily use (such as very minor scratches or normal wear and tear), but the overall structure is solid and the core functions are completely normal. Products undergo deep decontamination and medical-grade disinfection before leaving the warehouse, making them both cost-effective and playable.

 

級別 C 實用 / 歲月痕跡

商品狀態：經典傳承，實用首選
此產品承載了許多孩子的快樂時光，外觀有較明顯的使用痕跡或經修復的歲月印記，但我們保證其核心遊玩功能與教育價值依然完美不受影響。適合注重功能性、追求環保與極致性價比的家庭。同樣經過最嚴格的衛生清潔程序，讓您安心租借。

Class C Fair / Pre-loved 

Product status: classic inheritance, practical first choice.
This product has carried many children's happy times, and its appearance has obvious signs of use or repairs, but we guarantee that its core play functions and educational value will remain intact and unaffected. Suitable for families who value functionality, pursue environmental protection, and have the ultimate cost-effectiveness. It also undergoes the strictest hygiene and cleaning procedures, allowing you to rent with peace of mind.

A : Since some products have more than one item in stock available for rental, you will see two or three levels of labels appearing in the products details. Please be sure to select the required option under the product name before checking out.
