To facilitate shipping, all inflatable products will be sent out without pre-inflation. Customers need to arrange inflation themselves. If a customer requires us to arrange inflation, they must contact us immediately after placing the order; otherwise, it will not be arranged (relevant shipping costs may increase if inflated).
