Q1 : What is PRE-ORDER

Ans : PRE-ORDER items are not available at our showroom or require payment before pickup from our showroom.

Q2 : How long will it take to order a PRE-ORDER item?

Ans : 90% of our PRE-ORDER items will be delivered within 2 weeks after the order is paid. Please contact us via WhatsApp at 96652733 for confirmation.

Q3 : How to make a PRE-ORDER? Can I order together with other non-PRE-ORDER items?

Ans : Yes, you can order PRE-ORDER items together with normal items. You only need to PRESS the "RED" PRE-ORDER button to add these PRE-ORDER items to your CART and check out. We will arrange delivery after all products in your order are ready.

Q4 : If I order PRE-ORDER items together with other normal items, can I get the normal items earlier?

Ans : Normally, we will pack all items in the same order into a single parcel. If you wish to receive your non-PRE-ORDER items earlier, I suggest you make a separate order to prevent shipment delays. However, customers usually prefer to enjoy FREE delivery (each order over HK$600 qualifies for free delivery) and place all items in a single order.
