Local delivery
If the item is in stock, we will ship it within three working days. You can expect to receive the goods 2-5 days after dispatch. If your order requires a transfer of stock, the goods will be set for you within 7 working days. If all items cannot be tuned together, we will send the transferred part to you first. We will notify you via email. If your order amount exceeds HK $800 (after discounts), you can choose whether to ship in-stock items first. If we are unable to successfully ship ordered goods or if they are out of stock, to prevent a long wait, we will notify you by email and cancel the order items.
Business Areas (Except remote areas) - Best choice: Local courier services ($30)
- For every purchase over HKD 800 (not including the deduction of discounts and goods with any promotional pricing) can be exempted from postage (only applicable to industrial and commercial areas of Hong Kong as the local user address).
- After dispatching the item, we will provide a shipping number (tracking number) to you, and you can track the delivery status of goods using this number.
- Please note: If total orders are not more than HKD800 (after discounts) and the total weight of goods is over two kilograms (2KG), we will also charge a HK$10 surcharge per kg; example: for a total weight of six kilograms of goods (6KG), we will charge HK$60; etc.
School / Residential areas and Remote areas - Best choice: Post services (only Bank Transfer & Credit Card payments)
- For every purchase over HKD 800 (this total does not include the deduction of discounts and promotional goods) will be able to exempt the first $30 of postage, including residential areas (for local customers only).
- We use Hong Kong Post Office to deliver our goods.
- Please note that if the total order does not exceed HKD400 (after discount), and the total weight of goods is less than one kilogram (1KG), the shipping fee is $30. For goods between 1KG-2KG, the shipping fee is $40. For goods between 2KG-3KG, the fee is $60. If the total weight of goods is more than 4KG, we will also charge HK$10 per KG. For example, if the total weight of goods is four kilograms (4KG), we will charge HK$70 ($60 + $10) and so on.
- Because we use Hong Kong Post Office service, the total weight of each package must not exceed 20 kilograms, or must be packaged separately. If separate packaging leads to a total value less than $800, a handling fee will be charged appropriately based on the purchase price.
- HKD$50 extra fee for shipping to School/Residential areas (not including remote areas) when using COD payment method.
Overseas delivery

- When you select the postal method and proceed with online shopping checkout, you will be charged a flat fee according to your location and the total weight of goods.

Time of delivery
All delivery service times are during office hours from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery times for local customers: Usually three to six working days; remote areas or residential areas may take longer.
Delivery times for overseas customers: Will be sent within ten working days.
RMA
"ME100fun" members have a 7-day replacement guarantee. For members, almost all goods on our website can be returned (See our return policy for detailed information (Returns policy)). For members who would like to return your item, please send it with the receipt, order number, sender name, and tracking number to "Shop No. 1, G/F 28 Connaught Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong" within 7 days. Once we receive your goods, we will send an email. Reminders: if you want to return the goods, any promotional merchandise must be returned with accompanying products (free gifts).
- We are not responsible for goods lost in transit. Please post your item with recorded services.
- If you need to return your goods, you also need to return all.
No cash returns or exchanges for any purchases made with e-coupons. Please note: We reserve the right to charge 15% as a restocking fee. We will refuse to provide services and permanently cancel membership if you return a large number of goods that cause any inconvenience to us.
Returns policy
Members have a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date printed on the receipt. There are no returns for any shipping fees for RMA. The goods must be in new condition and complete packaging (goods, accessories, external packaging, accompanying documentation, gifts, etc.), or returns will not be accepted. We do not refund the shipping fees that you have paid. The following goods do not accept returns once unpacked:
- Cosmetics, cleaning and maintenance supplies, including but not limited to, caps, seals, and packaging film.
- Some personal items with opened actual packaging.
- Software (such as computer software, programs, etc.), audio-visual products (such as cassette tapes, video tapes, CD, VCD, DVD, etc.), and some items with opened actual packaging (excluding all delivery packaging).
- Information (such as electronic magazines) and other downloadable electronic goods.
- Sewing, clay.
- Foods.
- All goods on consignment by members.
- Goods with unresolved dirt or traces.
Books: If you wish to return goods, please include copies of the invoice marked for replacement, a detailed description of the situation, and your signature and stamp, addressed to "ME100FUN LTD" (postmark or receipt date). The book must be in new condition and in complete packaging (goods, accessories, external packaging, accompanying documentation, gifts, etc.); otherwise, returns will not be accepted. However, if you receive a defective good, please return it within seven days from the date printed on the receipt. Software (such as computer software, programs, etc.) or audio-visual products (such as cassette tapes, videotapes, CDs, VCDs, DVDs, etc.): No returns for any goods after unsealing unless the goods are defective. Magic series, crafts, cartoons, and advertising products: For magic series, crafts, cartoons, and advertising products, if you find the goods are defective after unsealing, we will replace them with a new one for you.
