2020 Sale Strategy Q & A
Q1: Is it cheaper to buy at the Me100fun showroom or on me100fun.com.hk online?
A1: Since we've added an online discount code: 2020SALE, it will be cheaper to buy online. Because if you shop online, you just need to add the discount code at checkout (the discount code offers a 20% discount on the entire order), you can get a discount on top of a discount. This means that an item that was originally 50% off is now only 40% off!
However, if you buy at the showroom, although there isn't a 20% off discount on the entire order, you can take the items home immediately. Also, the 30% off sample items (display models) offered at the showroom are not sold online, and many are one-of-a-kind, so it's first come, first served. The earlier you come, the more styles of these samples will be available! Come and pick them out soon!
Q2: If I order online, when will I receive the goods?
A2: Usually, we ship on the working day after you place your order. If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will transfer it from the warehouse. However, if the item is already sold out, we will notify you via WhatsApp to ask if you would like to wait. If you don't want to wait, we will cancel the out-of-stock item, refund you, and ship the remaining items immediately. But if you are willing to wait, we will wait until all items are restocked and then ship them to you all at once (unless you want two separate deliveries, but the cost for the second delivery will be borne by the customer, unless the split order still meets the minimum requirement for free shipping).
Q3: I see some products are out of stock and I can't place an order, but I really want them, what should I do?
A3: First, you can contact us via WhatsApp at 96652733, send a photo or tell us the product name. We will inform you of the shipping schedule or arrival date as soon as possible. Usually, the products you see on the website are likely to be restocked; otherwise, the product will be delisted, and you will no longer be able to see it on our website!
**One thing to note: If you don't want an item to be in your shopping cart but then out of stock at checkout, please add the selected items to your shopping cart as soon as possible, then choose SF Express cash-on-delivery and proceed to checkout. As for the time, we will try our best to accommodate your needs. ## During the sale period, if you wish to arrange an MTR station handover during our office hours, it can only be at Kwai Hing MTR station. Other MTR stations can only be arranged outside office hours.
