ABC Chase Game

Time: 20 minutes

Target Audience: Upper Primary Students

Activity Type: Game

Objective:
To enhance children's English vocabulary skills.

Steps:
1. Divide participants into two teams.

2. The facilitator randomly says an English word, e.g., "book."

3. Each team sends out one representative to play Rock-Paper-Scissors. The winner uses the last letter of the word spoken by the facilitator as the starting letter to say another English word and writes it on the whiteboard, e.g., "KING," within a 10-second limit.
4. The other team then uses the last letter of the word spoken by the first team as the starting letter to say another word, e.g., "GIRL," within a 10-second limit.
5. One point is awarded for each correct English word, but words cannot be repeated.
6. If the 10-second time limit expires, the turn automatically transfers to the other team.
7. After completion, scores are calculated, and the team with the most points wins.
