Home Tips - Stroke Risk

Home Tips - A while ago, I saw a 70-something-year-old man being brought into the emergency room by ambulance. The doctor told his daughter, who accompanied him, that he might have suffered a stroke. The elderly man was on the bed, unable to speak. His daughter told relatives outside that morning he was still moving freely. Later, he accidentally fell at home, and his domestic helper immediately helped him up. At that time, he could even walk back to his room by himself. However, in the afternoon, they found his condition was not good, so they immediately sent him to the hospital! The problem is that many similar situations can happen around us, and every step in handling them can affect the outcome of the next step. An elderly person's heart activity is not as strong as when they were young. If they unfortunately fall, they should be allowed to sit on the ground for a few minutes to rest and calm down before slowly helping them up. This allows the heart to adequately circulate blood throughout the body, preventing the brain from suddenly losing blood and potentially causing a stroke! Of course, Uncle 100 Points is not a doctor, just sharing a little knowledge learned in a first aid class! Also, both adults and children should pay attention to their health and a balanced diet! I wish everyone good health! And a speedy recovery to the elderly man! :D
